At Craftcarestore, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your indoor plant purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The plant must be in its original condition
• The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• The plant must not show signs of damage caused by improper care after delivery
• Original packaging or equivalent protective packaging should be available

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your plant
2. Provide your order details and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and instructions from our team
4. Package the plant securely following our guidelines
5. Return the plant to our specified address

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a damaged plant upon delivery.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned plant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued for:

• Plants that arrive damaged or in poor condition
• Incorrect plants delivered due to our error
• Plants that fail to thrive within the first week due to pre-existing conditions

Refunds may be reduced or denied if:

• The plant shows signs of damage from improper care
• The return is requested after the 7-day period
• The plant is not in its original condition

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange plants if you receive the wrong item or if you would like a different plant. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee that all plants are healthy and properly cared for at the time of sale. However, plants are living organisms and their health depends on proper care after delivery. We provide care instructions with each purchase and are available to assist with plant care questions.

If a plant fails to thrive within the first week due to issues present at the time of delivery, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized plant arrangements
• Plants that have been significantly altered or repotted
• Plants returned after the 7-day return period
• Plants damaged due to customer negligence or improper care
